Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team at our distribution facility in Pell City. This role involves picking and pulling orders from racks, operating various types of warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory handling. Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.

• Pick and pull orders from warehouse racks.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
• Use forklifts, reach trucks, and stacker lifts to move materials.
• Perform general labor tasks and assist with material handling.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain order accuracy.

• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience in loading/unloading trucks and general warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience with pallet jacks and scissor lifts.
• Knowledge of order documentation and related paperwork.

You’ll work in a clean and climate-controlled facility with tall warehouse racks. The pace is steady and focused—not hectic—allowing you to work efficiently and safely.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pell City, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
