1st & Second Class Painter
? Now Hiring: 1st & 2nd Class Painters
We’re actively recruiting experienced Marine Painters to join our team at a local Shipyard. If you have hands-on experience with surface prep, coatings, and industrial painting in a shipyard or similar environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface prep using hand/power tools, pressure washing, and abrasive blasting
- Apply coatings (brush, roller, airless & conventional spray)
- Mix and apply marine/protective coatings (epoxies, zincs, polyurethane, antifoulants, etc.)
- Operate & maintain paint and blasting equipment
- Mask/protect components during operations
- Maintain safe, clean job sites and properly dispose of materials
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime & weekends as needed
Pay (DOE):
- 2nd Class: $18.25 – $23.00
- 1st Class: $23.25 – $29.00
Candidates must have relevant experience and required certifications for the craft.
