Join Everything On The Spectrum LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Huntsville, AL, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a dedicated team in a growing company. Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plan development.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
- Current RBT certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor to support client needs.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client sessions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or related field is a plus.
