Career Opportunity for an experienced HR Manager near Birmingham!
Our client has reached out to our firm, iSource Group LLC, to conduct a search for this role. The HR Manager will be directly responsible and accountable for the overall administration coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for a stable Alabama Manufacturer.
Ideal applicants will have direct experience in a plant/manufacturing HR role (union or non-union), hands-on ADP/Workday or similar payroll/HRIS systems, and benefits administration. Prior responsibility for safety/OSHA compliance and full-cycle talent acquisition in industrial settings is highly valued.
The Salary Range is 85 to 100k and based upon prior depth and breadth of work experience, education, and overall skill set.
Our client would like a candidate with the following experience:
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, and seven to ten years of human resources experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive human resources experience, with a strong background in a manufacturing, distribution or more industrial environment.
• Strong recruiting background
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Management in a manufacturing setting
• Proven ability to manage the full HR function, including employee/labor relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and safety programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong onboarding experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English is helpful
