As a Client Relationship Specialist | Field Representative , you'll meet with clients in person to help them understand our benefit programs, assist with enrollments, and provide ongoing support.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients face-to-face to explain benefit programs and assist with enrollment.
• Provide ongoing support and help clients with coverage or account questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily updates.
• Represent S&A Group professionally in your community.
• Collaborate with team leaders to meet goals and share field insights.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation
$50,000–$70,000 per year, based on performance.
Additional bonuses and incentives available.
