Pharmacy Technician, Certified (Full Time)
Job Summary:
Pharmacy technicians assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing drugs, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. Pharmacy technicians work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. They do not perform duties that can legally be performed only by a registered pharmacist.
Full Time with Benefits in the Russell Retail Pharmacy
Monday-Friday
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
• EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. College courses desired but not required.
• EXPERIENCE: 2 years pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS: Current pharmacy technician registration. Eligible for pharmacy technician certification with AL Board of Pharmacy.
