Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, you develop and implement care plans while managing administrative tasks such as documentation and staff scheduling. Your leadership skills shine as you mentor and support nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to protocols and maintaining quality care standards.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• Current Alabama (LPN) OR (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities
