️ GENERAL MANAGER – HIGH-VOLUME SCRATCH KITCHEN
$75,000 – $80,000 Base + Performance Bonus | Full-Time | Immediate Hire
A rapidly growing, Southern hospitality-driven restaurant group is seeking a high-level General Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen in Huntsville, Alabama .
This is a stabilization and performance leadership role , not a developmental GM position. The location is already producing approximately $20K per day on weekends , and requires a strong operator who can bring structure, consistency, and leadership excellence.
If you are a proven GM with high-volume scratch kitchen experience, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to lead under pressure , this is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with real growth potential.
WHAT YOU WILL LEAD
- $5M–$8M+ annual revenue scratch kitchen operation
- 3 salaried managers + strong hourly leadership team
- High-volume weekend service (peak execution environment)

️ WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own full P&L responsibility (labor, food cost, and profitability)
- Drive operational consistency and high-volume execution
- Lead and develop a strong management and hourly team
- Maintain service standards during peak rush periods
- Build a strong culture of accountability and hospitality
- Partner with ownership to stabilize and scale performance
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years as a General Manager in high-volume scratch kitchen or full-service restaurant
- Experience managing $5M+ annual revenue environments
- Strong leadership presence, calm, structured, and confident under pressure
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain strong teams
- Hands-on operator who leads from the floor during peak service
- Multi-unit or high-growth brand experience is a plus
- Stability matters, looking for committed long-term leaders
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $75,000 – $80,000 base salary
- 20% quarterly performance bonus (achievable)
- Health insurance (50% employer contribution for employee + family)
- 15 PTO days after 90 days
- 20 PTO days at 5 years
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Closed or reduced hours on major holidays
- 45–55 hour work week (structured quality-of-life model)
