GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models.

DUTIES

• Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
• Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements.
• Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up.
• Create complete cost proposals from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
• Prepare files for management review of cost proposals.
• Work in a team hybrid environment.
• Provide routine administrative support.
• Other Duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
• Requires 1-2 years of Government pricing and/or Project Finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR),
• Knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• General Computer Skills required

• Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.

• Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions
