Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a contracted position serving two schools in Fairhope, Alabama, within a dynamic school district. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, supporting a diverse caseload across two educational settings, including a cluster of private schools nearby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy interventions to students K-12.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to develop effective communication plans.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to student progress and goals.
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to all licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Registration with the Board of Speech Examiners.
• Pending licensure with the Department of Education is acceptable.
• Ability to work onsite within the assigned schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with educational environments preferred.

Position Details:

• Location: Fairhope, Alabama.
• Schedule: 35 hours per week.
• Term: March 2025 through May 29, 2026.
• Caseload includes K-12 students across two schools.
