Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible state SLP license
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Background in pediatric speech therapy, especially in school-based or teletherapy contexts
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Comfort adapting therapy methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere for learners

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for a varied student population
• Delivering individualized and group therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics
• Developing and implementing IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Regular communication with teachers, parents, and staff regarding goal progress and strategies
• Documenting services and keeping thorough records in accordance with school and state standards
• Providing support and consults via teletherapy platforms as needed
