Your Impact
As the onsite HR Generalist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our plant’s people operations. In this role you will oversee all HR functions—including employee relations, staffing and recruitment, benefits, payroll coordination, training, compliance, and team member engagement—while partnering closely with the Plant Leadership Team to create a positive and compliant work environment.
You’ll:
- Build trust by being a visible, approachable resource for employees at every level.
- Shape a positive and inclusive work environment where people feel valued and supported.
- Interpret and apply company policies consistently.
- Review and submit weekly payroll in ADP.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness at the plant.
- Coach and guide supervisors on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all plant-level positions (including temporary staffing).
- Identify & deliver training needs in partnership with plant and corporate HR teams.
- Drive engagement and communication efforts that bring our RIDE values and the EPIQ Way to life.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leading employee relations investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting multiple shifts or high-volume hourly teams.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Exposure to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing or community-based hiring partnerships.

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for a new hire, full-time exempt role, not including equity or benefits. Team members are also eligible to receive a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) bonus based upon business performance. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to their skill set, experience, relevant education, certifications, training, and assessment scores. The recruiter can share more details about compensation for the role in your location during the hiring process.

8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.Regular presence on third shift (1–2 hours per week) is required to maintain visibility and support for all team members.
