• Ensure all work is completed to meet local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor and clear communication.
• Accurately document completed work and materials used through company software, such as ServiceTitan .
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years (preferred) of plumbing experience in residential or light commercial settings.
• Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
