Key Responsibilities:- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, offering effective and reliable solutions to customers.
- Ensure all work is completed to meet local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor and clear communication.
- Accurately document completed work and materials used through company software, such as ServiceTitan .
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years (preferred) of plumbing experience in residential or light commercial settings.
- Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
