**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including the business interior and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
+ Observe and report security-related incidents or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support a welcoming environment for visitors and customers while maintaining a visible presence in assigned areas.
+ Assist with access control and enforce location policies as directed by site management and Allied Universal.
+ Document occurrences and complete incident reports as required.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Able to ride a bike for long periods of time is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
