• Connect with prospective clients to discuss available financial protection options
• Educate clients on solutions that fit their needs and goals
• Follow up with qualified leads
• Complete and submit applications electronically
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and coaching programs
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Reliable table/laptop, and smartphone
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
