**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 10 years in the industry; at least 5 years in a project management role.
- Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong field experience in leading BMS and low-voltage electrical installations.
- PMP, PE, CxA, or similar certifications preferred.

- Mission-critical data center construction project experience
- Strong command of BMS/DDC and understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software like P6 or MS Project.
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills.
- Eligible to work in the country of assignment and possess a valid driver’s license.
