With over 41,000 square feet of meeting and event space—including elegant ballrooms and scenic outdoor venues on the bay—the Grand hosts events ranging from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 600 guests.

As a Seasonal Banquet Server , you play a key role in bringing events to life. You’ll provide warm, attentive service while ensuring each event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team, and creating memorable experiences, this seasonal role is a great fit.

• Event Setup: Read and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to properly set tables with linens, china, silverware, and glassware

• Guest Service: Serve food and beverages promptly, refill drinks, and maintain organized service stations

• Menu Knowledge: Learn menu offerings to answer guest questions and provide recommendations

• Event Maintenance: Keep tables and service areas clean, stocked, and presentable throughout events

• Breakdown & Reset: Assist with clearing tables and breaking down service stations following events

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Banquet Captains and Managers to ensure smooth event execution

• Hospitality Focus: Deliver friendly, professional service while following all food and beverage service standards

• Upselling: Promote beverages and menu highlights when appropriate

• Side Work: Complete assigned duties such as cleaning equipment and organizing linens

• Seasonal position with flexible scheduling based on event needs

• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
