Now Hiring: Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators
CG Jones Construction is seeking skilled and reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team.
We are a general contractor specializing in site work, concrete construction, and site utility installation .
We’re looking for operators who take pride in their work and can perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, bulldozers, excavators, motor graders, and other machinery
- Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and material handling
- Assist with site preparation, utility installation, and concrete support work
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols
- Work collaboratively with crews and supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of site work and/or utility installation processes
- Ability to read grade stakes, plans, and follow directions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

- 30-hour work week guarantee
