We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to maintain safety and security within a retail setting. This role involves monitoring premises, ensuring the protection of customers and assets, and responding effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular surveillance and patrolling of retail areas
- Report incidents promptly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety
- Monitor crowds and manage crowd control when necessary
- Operate and respond to alarm systems
- Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role
