Customer Success Team Lead

In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations and help clients understand the options available to them.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Identify client needs and provide guidance on available benefit options

• Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls

• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team success
