Flux Core Welder
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Flux Core Welder for a company based in Cullman, AL . In this role, you will primarily be responsible for fabricating and assembling pipes to create a variety of customized structures.

Pay Rate
$18-$20 (based on experience)

Schedule and Hours
Dayshift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm/5:30pm

Nightshift: Sun: 11:00p-7:00a / Mon-Thur: 9:00p-7:00a

Flux Core Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and pic ticket orders to determine materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work
• Follows quality control procedures to ensure that the assembled, fabricated product meets customer specification
• Upholds accurate records of materials used on “ticket”; locates and pulls required materials from inventory
• Utilizes a variety of hands tools, saws, and cutting equipment and performs other related duties as assigned
• Maintains clean work area and equipment; following safety procedures concerning use of equipment and materials to maintain safe working conditions

Flux Core Welder Qualifications and Requirements

• Must have welding experience (Flux Core)
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, lifting test to be administered
• Background check and drug screen required
• Capable of carrying out a given task with details necessary to get the task done well
