Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (based on design quality and experience)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Denture Designer to join our growing team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work for U.S.-based candidates while maintaining close collaboration with our Huntsville, AL facility.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing digital dentures in both 3Shape and Exocad , with an exceptional eye for fit, function, and esthetics. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative, quality-driven team producing advanced removable prosthetics for patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital dentures and partials using both 3Shape and Exocad software
• Collaborate virtually with clinicians, technicians, and the production team to ensure precise design and fit
• Review scans, bite registrations, and supporting case data to ensure accuracy in design and articulation
• Apply knowledge of occlusion, esthetics, and material workflows to create consistent, patient-ready results
• Maintain organized design files and meet established timelines for production
• Provide feedback and technical input on process improvements and digital workflow efficiencies

Qualifications

• Must be based in the United States (no international or contract applicants will be considered)
• Extensive digital denture design experience required in both 3Shape and Exocad platforms
• Strong understanding of occlusal concepts, prosthetic design principles, and esthetic standards
• Proven ability to work independently and manage digital case flow remotely
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Portfolio or design examples required during the interview process
