Location: Midfield, Alabama area
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
School Year: August 2026 - May 2027
Caseload: Approximately 40 Students | PreK-12th Grade

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity supporting students in PreK-12th grade in the Midfield, AL area for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language services to students across PreK-12th grade
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
Qualifications
- Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate (ALSDE) required
- Completion of ALSDE background check required
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic and communication growth
