CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver | Home Weekly

Got an open solo seat on our dedicated account. This is an out-and-back regional run operating directly out of Huntsville, mostly dropping and hooking trailers so you aren't messing around with heavy manual labor. Since the lane requires you to hit the ground running completely on your own, we can't take trainees or teams on this one, you've got to be an experienced solo driver.

The Pay & The Miles Structure

Base Mileage Pay: You lock in a flat $0.70 CPM on all driven miles.

Weekly Revenue: Drivers on this run average between $1,200 to $1,400 gross every single week.

Weekly Distance: Highly consistent volume, logging anywhere from 1,800, 1,900, to 2,000 miles a week.

No Accessory Pay: There is no short-haul pay or stop pay on this lane.

Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight. The vast majority of this account is simple drop-and-hook, and you are never required to physically load or unload the trailer.

Home Time & Schedule

Home Time Frequency: You will get home once a week for your reset.

The Lane Setup: Routes consist of out-and-back runs focused around Huntsville, and you will be expected to handle backhauls on your return segments.

Shift Reality: This account runs around the clock, so you must have the flexibility to handle both day and night driving operations depending on dispatch needs.

Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is a standard part of the rotation. You will be expected to work all calendar holidays, with the single exception of Christmas Day, which is your guaranteed day off.

Requirements to Qualify

Hiring Radius: You must live within 50 miles of our primary hiring hubs: Huntsville, AL; Monticello, MS; Laurel, MS; or Meridian, MS.

Experience Baseline: No trainees allowed. You must qualify as a First Seat Experienced driver. This requires either 6+ months of OTR within the last year, or at least 12 months of OTR within the past 5 years. Local Class A experience is fully considered toward this requirement.

Credentials: Valid Class A CDL license and an active DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements or certificates are needed for this fleet.

Background Check: Clean overall driving record with a maximum of 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months, and zero major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.

Screening: Must successfully pass a mandatory hair and urine drug analysis.
