The Front Desk Agent is responsible for creating a warm, professional arrival and departure experience while ensuring accurate reservations, room assignments, and billing. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
What They Do:
- Provide a welcoming, professional check-in and check-out experience Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts accurately
- Assist with room blocks, pre-registrations, and special requests Respond to guest questions about hotel services and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
- Follow IHG brand and service standards
