Server - Part Time - Summer

About the Role
Nestled along the shores of Lake Martin, our country club is known for exceptional service, inviting social spaces, and unforgettable member experiences. With our beautifully renovated golf course reopening this season, it’s an exciting time to join our team. We are seeking warm, professional, and service-minded individuals to help us deliver elevated dining experiences in our clubhouse. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with members, and takes pride in offering genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome members and guests with a warm, attentive greeting.
· Seat guests promptly, considering reservations and dining flow.
· Provide polished table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
· Take orders, serve meals, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
· Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, daily features, and wine offerings.
· Be attentive to dietary needs or member preferences.
· Clear, reset, and prepare tables to club standards.
· Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked work areas.
· Follow all sanitation, safety, and food-handling protocols.
· Handle payments accurately and securely.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
· Previous serving experience preferred but not required for strong candidates.
· Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
· Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
· Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license.
· Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
· Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs without assistance
