Maintenance Electrician

Description

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Utilize logic controllers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery and systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements. Use tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical problems. Supervise maintenance staff when required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly. Assist with residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
