Entry-Level Account Representative (Retail AT&T Campaign)

The Role
As an Entry-Level Account Representative, you'll work directly with customers inside a retail environment, helping them understand available products, services, and promotions of our clients.
This role combines customer interaction, problem-solving, and sales — giving you hands-on experience that builds real-world business skills from day one.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers in a retail setting in a friendly, professional manner
- Present and explain AT&T products, services, and current offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with account setup, upgrades, and transactions
- Support in-store marketing and promotional initiatives
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
