HR Generealist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of the human resources function at our manufacturing facility in the Clanton area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance both strategic and day-to-day HR responsibilities.

HR Generealist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

-Resposible for new hire orientation

-Responsible for E-verify and I9 systems.

-Adivse associates on policies interpretations

-Responsible for tracking attendance for all hourly associates

HR Generealist Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Must be detail-oriented

-Willingness to work overtime or weekends when neccessary

-Must be familiar with a variety of Human Resource field concepts, practices, and procedures

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
