BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Huntsville, AL (35801) . This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the confidence to oversee maintenance operations while ensuring high‑quality service.

• Start Date: May 15, 2026
• Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the onsite maintenance team
• Complete and assign work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (if certified)
  • Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
• Manage unit turns and ensure timely make‑ready completion
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials

• Previous experience as a maintenance supervisor or lead tech preferred
• Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions
• Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• HVAC or EPA certification is a plus
