The Office Assistant supports daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Office Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Greet visitors, clients, or employees and assist them with inquiries.

Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Support data entry and update internal databases.

Assist colleagues and management with various administrative tasks.

Ensure common areas (front desk, meeting rooms, break rooms) remain tidy and functional.

Office Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.

Previous office or customer service experience preferred.

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and a customer-focused approach.
