Marketing Manager (On-site) Location: Birmingham, AL Salary: $70,000-$85,000 Reports To: President / CEO About the Role We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing activities across digital, social media, content, events, and communications while partnering closely with company leadership and sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan. Manage the company’s website, social media presence, email marketing, and digital content. Create engaging marketing materials, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content. Develop and maintain the company’s brand messaging and visual identity. Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Create and coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communications. Coordinate trade shows, networking events, conferences, community events, and other promotional activities. Work closely with sales and leadership to develop campaigns that generate leads and support revenue growth. Manage relationships with outside vendors, agencies, printers, designers, and other marketing partners as needed. Track marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain the marketing budget and ensure resources are used effectively. Research industry trends, competitors, and target markets to identify new marketing opportunities. Support internal communications and company initiatives as needed. Take ownership of special projects and other marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of marketing experience , preferably in a small or mid-sized company. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project-management abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong creative and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing platforms/tools. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, or website management is a plus. This person should be comfortable developing the marketing strategy one day and creating a social media post, updating the website, coordinating an event, or pulling campaign metrics the next.
