Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with confidence, and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into successful outcomes. This is a fully remote role for someone who can balance strategy, execution, communication, and leadership while keeping teams aligned and projects moving forward. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering results across cross-functional teams, we’d love to meet you.

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects from planning through delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, sprint planning, and executive reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
• Improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across teams
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive accountability while fostering a collaborative and positive team culture

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in remote or global teams
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or ClickUp
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
