Northrop Grumman is looking for Cybersecurity Analysts in our Huntsville, Alabama facility. **_The role is full time in Huntsville and does not offer telecommuting._**
**What You'll Get To Do:**
+ Responsible for providing configuration and implementation of security compliance for multiple cloud boundaries at SAP Program levels (SAP) using Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG), DOD Collateral using DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) / National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
+ Working alongside peers to help develop and implement a full range of tools to make up a strong security architecture for fast passed and dynamic cloud-based programs for Northrop Grumman.
+ Responsible for ensuring their statement of work is completed with guidance from senior team members.
+ Manage responsibilities related to the implementation of Program Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)/Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) tools.
+ Assessing the Program's system security posture in compliance with customer requirements and directives.
+ Adjusting commercial security methodologies and technologies within sensitive and proprietary customer environments in accordance with NIST 800-53.

**_This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off._**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. (An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.)
+ DoDI 8570 IAT Level I certification or DoDI 8140 qualifications
+ Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and requirements development from control listings
+ **An active Secret clearance is required to start.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience implementing cybersecurity requirements in cloud platforms
+ Domain experience in Cloud Security in multi-cloud enterprise environments
+ Knowledge or hands-on experience designing and implementing new controls based on gap analysis and requirements
+ Knowledge or hands-on experience with cloud cybersecurity tools
+ Knowledge or experience developing cybersecurity policies, processes, and tools for cybersecurity frameworks and industry best practices supporting National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53
Primary Level Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $128,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
