We have partnered with a growing equipment rental and supply company serving the maritime and industrial markets is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Coordinator in the Spanish Fort, AL area. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process all rental contracts, agreements, and billing with accuracy.
- Serve as a contact for customers, resolving delivery or billing issues, and maintaining clear communication.
- Track equipment rentals in and out of the system to ensure accurate records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with equipment rentals, fleet management, or logistics is a plus.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or related field is advantageous due to hands-on work with contracts and billing.

- Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
