Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Branch Manager.

This is a full-time position, with the standard hours being Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm .

In this Branch Manager I position, we need someone who is able to direct the operations of a small branch, ensuring the branch meets financial, operation, service, and growth plans. This role coaches, disciplines, motivates, directs, and trains employees. They will also assist members and potential members with consumer loan applications by gathering documents, submitting applications and documents to our Centralized Lending team for approval, and then closing loans as needed. The manager will represent the branch and Legacy in the community as needed to increase and retain members. They be responsible for ensuring the branch is in compliance with credit union policies and procedures and that all branch personnel meet established goals. Three to five years of similar or related experience.

A two-year college degree or equivalent.
