Job Summary

W e are seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating a 600-ton hydraulic press brake to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to manufacturing prints and CAD drawings. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality components to specification.

Job Description

• Operate a 600-ton hydraulic press brake to form metal parts per specifications
• Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and CAD drawings
• Perform setups, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished work for conformance to specifications
• Maintain safe work practices and a clean working environment
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with press brake operation as needed
• Accurately document production data and maintain records

S kills Required

• Previous press brake operating experience required
• Ability to read and interpret detailed manufacturing prints and CAD drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Rate

• $25 or higher depending on experience
