Job Summary

Genesis is currently seeking a dependable and guest-focused Resort Facility Attendant to support daily operations in a premier resort setting in Point Clear, Alabama. This position plays a key role in maintaining the pool and recreation areas by ensuring guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Primary responsibilities include stocking towels and guest amenities, maintaining poolside cleanliness, assisting with bike rentals, and ensuring all recreational equipment and outdoor guest spaces remain organized and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks, lounge areas, and recreation spaces
• Stock, fold, and distribute towels, toiletries, and guest-use amenities
• Assist guests with bike rentals, including check-in/check-out and equipment setup
• Inspect bicycles and recreational items for cleanliness and safe operation
• Set up lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels, and other poolside items
• Ensure guest areas remain fully stocked and presentable throughout the shift
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions regarding resort amenities
• Monitor inventory of towels, supplies, and rental equipment
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly
• Support overall resort operations to maintain a high-quality guest experience

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, resort, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift towels, chairs, bikes, and other resort supplies
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Friendly attitude with excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
