Job Description

In this role, you will support the development and launch of custom sports logos, branded merchandise, and promotional products. The Product Development Analyst will research design trends, assist with product configuration, and collaborate with sales and creative teams to bring new branded products to market. This position plays a key role in ensuring designs align with client branding guidelines, quality standards, and production capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of custom sports logos, branded apparel, and promotional merchandise tailored to client branding requirements.
• Research sports branding trends, materials, and product styles to support the development of new merchandise and logo concepts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to configure product designs, artwork layouts, and promotional materials for production.
• Manage ERP product setup, maintain accurate pricing, and create product specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for merchandise items.
• Work closely with sales and design teams to understand client needs and help deliver creative branding solutions.
• Support pricing strategies and sourcing for materials used in apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
• Assist with training and documentation to help sales teams understand product offerings, customization options, and design processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, TEAMS, Adobe and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

The base salary range for this position is $41,600, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
