Real Estate Courier - Part Time
Job Description
Job Description
Are you highly organized, self-motivated, and someone who takes real pride in a job well done? Do you enjoy staying on the move, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person everyone can rely on?
Our top-performing, fast-paced real estate brokerage is looking for a Courier who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of every task. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company out in the field — helping to place signs, deliver materials, and ensure every first impression we make is polished and professional.
If you love helping others succeed, thrive on structure and efficiency, and are proactive about getting things done without being micromanaged, you’ll fit right in.
Strong communication, professionalism, time management, and a sincere desire to help are a must!
Compensation:$15 hourly
Responsibilities:- Ability to work Monday-Friday mornings (Part-Time)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the team, providing updates via calls, texts, and photos
- Prepare and deliver property signs, lockboxes, flyers, and materials according to detailed standards
- Keep office inventory, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for daily use
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office entry daily for visiting clients and guests
- Create and follow organized daily route maps to maximize efficiency
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, keeping them clean and serviced
- Start and end each day self-directed with assigned plans, maintaining structure without constant oversight
- Support the team with special projects and additional real estate-related tasks as needed
- Be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring all signage and public displays represent the company with excellence
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all work
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right the first time
- Professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude with clients, team members, and the public
- Comfortable using a smartphone for communication, taking photos/videos, and using simple apps
- Basic computer skills (emailing, basic document management)
- Knowledge of the North Alabama area is a plus
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as placing signs and light maintenance
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Good physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and balance for fieldwork
- Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week with some flexibility for special projects (including occasional weekends)
