AF Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Mobile, Alabama. We partner with business owners across the country to drive real results through Google Ads, websites, social media marketing, and high-converting creative.

We’re looking for a full-time, in-office team member who’s hungry to learn, grow, and build a real career in marketing—not just work a job.

Position Overview

This is an entry-level, full-time position where you’ll be trained across multiple areas of digital marketing. You’ll start by learning Google platforms and paid advertising, then expand into social media marketing, photography, video shooting, and video editing as your skills develop.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to become well-rounded in modern marketing and is willing to put in the work to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Learn keyword research, targeting, and ad strategy
• Monitor campaign performance and help optimize results
• Support website updates and marketing projects
• Assist with social media marketing and content planning
• Learn and help with photography and video shoots
• Assist with video editing and creative production
• Work within internal systems and follow proven marketing processes

Job Details

• Position: Full-Time (In-Office)
• Location: Mobile, AL
• Pay: Starting at $14/hour (with clear growth opportunities)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
