As a Service and Office Manager with Amy Gardner State Farm you will provide exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Require P&C Producer License and L&H can be obtained or already included
