‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and oversee the restorative nursing program
2. Collaborate with therapy team on individualized plans
3. Monitor and document resident progress
4. Train and support CNAs in restorative techniques
5. Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
6. Ensure compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Long-term care or rehab experience preferred
3. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
4. Passion for improving resident outcomes
