This is a full-time, in-office position based in Hoover, AL, with one remote day per week . No cold calling is required. Clients are provided, and you’ll have the tools and training needed to succeed.

Compensation:

Averages $40,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:
  • Assess qualified leads, convert clients, and provide quick turnaround
  • Prospect potential customers through calling, email, or other forms of communication
  • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure goals are achieved
  • Maintain the client database
  • Engage with warm leads—clients who have already contacted us for our services
  • Offer personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs
  • Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and policy reviews
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve team and individual goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Two years of previous sales or customer-facing experience
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
  • A coachable mindset and strong work ethic
