Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school-based paraprofessional role is preferred
• Familiarity with elementary-age children and classroom routines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with special education staff and related service providers
• Comfortable incorporating virtual services and supporting technology-assisted instruction
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Must meet state and district requirements for paraprofessionals

Your Role:

• Support elementary students as part of an inclusive classroom environment
• Work directly with students under the guidance of teachers and a virtual SLP
• Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and classroom activities
• Promote student engagement, inclusion, and success
• Provide feedback to staff regarding student progress and participation
• Help foster a safe, encouraging, and organized environment for learning

Position Details:

• Contract runs from August 12, 2026, through May 20, 2027
• Pay rate of $18 per hour, with weekly pay cycles
• 28 hours each week, scheduled across 4-5 days
• Caseload focused on elementary students; size to be determined
