Job Details

The Treasury Manager will play a key role in managing cash flow, banking relationships, liquidity, and financial risk. This role ensures the efficient use of company funds, oversees short- and long-term cash forecasting, and supports strategic initiatives related to working capital optimization and financing. The Treasury Manager will collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and Project Management to ensure sound financial positioning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management & Forecasting

oOversee daily cash management, including cash positioning, bank reporting, and transfers.
oDevelop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
oOptimize working capital across business units to support operational needs and growth initiatives.

• Banking & Financing

oManage banking relationships and serve as the primary liaison with financial institutions.
oSupport debt compliance, borrowing base certificates, and reporting requirements.
oAssist in negotiating and structuring credit facilities and other financing arrangements.

• Treasury Operations

oImplement and maintain treasury management systems, processes, and controls.
oEnsure compliance with internal policies, loan covenants, and applicable regulations.
oPartner with Accounting to ensure accurate cash and debt reporting.

• Risk Management

oMonitor liquidity risk, interest rate exposure, and counterparty risk.
oRecommend strategies to mitigate financial risks and improve returns on idle cash.

• Strategic Initiatives

oProvide treasury input for major projects, capital investments, and M&A activities.
oSupport continuous improvement in financial planning, modeling, and decision support.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or MBA is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with treasury systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
