Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to student support strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license appropriate for Alabama.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Experience providing speech-language services within a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate children with diverse needs.
