Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact supporting students in grades 5 through 12 as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist under a full-time contract, with the flexibility to divide the role into two part-time positions if that better fits your schedule. Utilize your expertise in schools, pediatrics, and healthcare settings to empower students with diverse communication needs and help them achieve lasting academic and personal growth.

Your background in SLP—whether you hold your CCC or are a CFY—will be vital in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders among middle and high school students. A collaborative, student-centered approach is essential, as you’ll partner closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement effective, individualized interventions.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and academic environments.
• Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring in school settings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to design and monitor tailored intervention plans.
• Maintain clear documentation of student progress and comply with all state/district regulations.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, supporting student success through holistic programming.
• Participate in IEP meetings and prepare detailed reports as needed.
