System Engineer (Test)

We have an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer (Test Engineer) to work in our Huntsville, AL office. This role will serve as a central coordination point across software, systems, integration, test, and external mission stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and traceability of requirements, test objectives, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-level test plans, procedures, and test cases.
• Verify system performance against technical requirements and specifications.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of laboratory, integration, and field test events.
• Analyze test data and document results, findings, and recommendations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document system deficiencies and support corrective actions.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings.
• Support customer demonstrations, system acceptance testing, and operational evaluations as required.
• Ensure testing activities comply with applicable engineering processes, standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience supporting systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, or test engineering activities.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles and the system development lifecycle.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
• Ability to analyze technical data and prepare clear, concise reports.
• Must be US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
• Familiarity with systems engineering standards and test methodologies.
• Active DoD Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
