Property Management Administrative Position- Work Order Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Administrative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Assign and gather estimates for repairs
- Gather work order requests, estimates for repairs and follow through to assure work is complete
- Interact with sub contractors to assign work orders
- High level of customer service interaction required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with property management, real estate or customer service a plus
- Ability to work in fast pace customer service office environment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
